Basic Shooting off the Blocks
Beginner and intermediate players will benefit from this one hand shooting basketball drill that will improve their game from the blocks. Have players put heir arm in the L position and hit the corner of the box on the backboard. Make sure not to palm the basketball or it will be short. This basketball drill teaches players to get a feel for shooting from the block so that they'd be able to make the shot with their eyes closed.
