What is TeamSnap?
TeamSnap is a unique way to manage your sports team. Anybody who's coached or played on a recreational adult sports team or youth sports team knows how hard it can be to keep track of all the players, games, and team payments. TeamSnap takes the headache out of team sports by making it simple to manage your sports team online.
Best of all, TeamSnap is easy, intuitive, and web-based. You don't need to download, install, or configure anything. All you need is a web browser and an internet connection.

Who is TeamSnap for?
First of all, TeamSnap is for the overworked person who's in charge of your recreational adult sports team or youth sports team. (You know who you are.) Coaches, managers, parents, and anybody else who's been tapped to keep track of your sports team. TeamSnap gives this person their life back.
But most of all, TeamSnap is for the team because it enables your teammates to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate in ways that are both fun and time-saving. Bottom line, TeamSnap puts the enjoyment back into team sports.
Can I use TeamSnap for my non-sports group?
Definitely! TeamSnap works great with any kind of group that wants to coordinate its activities. Check out our Uses for TeamSnap page for more information.
How much does TeamSnap cost?
TeamSnap comes in three flavors: Free, Basic and Premium — check out our pricing page for more details.
Do I have to pay during the off-season?
Nope! Just switch your team site to the Free Plan during the off season. You don't pay anything but still have all your team data 100% saved. When a new season starts, you just reactivate your team and are ready to roll.
Does every player on the team have to pay?
Nope. There's a flat monthly charge for the entire team (paid by the "Team Owner") no matter how many players are on the roster.
What payment methods do you accept? Can you take purchase orders? Can you invoice me? Can I pay with chickens, goats, or some other type of farm animal?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do invoices, accept POs, or take livestock in trade. Prices listed are in US dollars and there are no additional fees or taxes.
Can I prepay for 3-months, 6-months, a year?
We do have yearly plans (see pricing). And paying yearly offers substantial savings!
What is your refund policy?
TeamSnap is a pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
Does TeamSnap have banner ads?
Our Free Plan is ad-supported, but our paid plans are ad-free.
Can I customize TeamSnap for my team?
You bet. It's easy to customize your sports team website with your own logo and team colors.
Is our team info private?
Absolutely! We take online security very seriously. And that's why all your team data is 100% private and password-protected – nobody can access your team info without specific permission from you. By default, the only ones who can access your team site are the specific players you've invited onto the team, and they each sign in with a unique username and password.
What languages is TeamSnap available in?
Currently, the application is only available in English. However, TeamSnap is already being used in over 112 countries and we look forward to providing it in other languages. We already provide French as well as English email technical support.
Can I use TeamSnap to run my entire club or league?
We've got just the service for you. It gives you all the great features of TeamSnap with everything you need to manage your league or club. Learn more!
What are the system requirements to use TeamSnap?
Since TeamSnap is hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no server requirements to worry about. No fuss, no muss. All you need is a modern web browser* and an internet connection.
(* Internet Explorer 6 or later on the PC, Chrome and Firefox on Mac and PC, and Safari on Mac. TeamSnap does not support Internet Explorer 5.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend switching to Firefox.)
