Contract Ruby on Rails Programmer

TeamSnap is looking to add a contract Ruby on Rails programmer to our team. Extensive experience in Rails programming is a must. Please don't contact us if you are a beginner or a programmer in another language. We appreciate your years of experience in .NET, but our application is in Rails.

This is a part-time contract position to start, hours per month and compensation negotiable, with the possibility of full-time employment down the road. Work is off-site at the time and place of your own choosing. Ability to work during general USA business hours a plus for communication purposes.

Please be familiar with the TeamSnap application before you contact us. We're seeking exceptional candidates who can see the whole of the user experience and don't just think in code. We're not looking for order-takers, but programmers who can see the big picture and have opinions about how software should work and be designed.

Contract Designer

TeamSnap is looking to add a contract designer to our team. Do you love TeamSnap and have ideas for how to make it even better? Can you work equally well in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and CSS? Can you extend out the existing TeamSnap brand as well as bring your own creative sensibility to the table? Do you sweat the details and understand the nuances of web applications?

This is a part-time contract position, hours per month and compensation negotiable. Work is off-site at the time and place of your own choosing. Ability to work during general USA business hours a plus for communication purposes.

The work will be split between extending out the existing TeamSnap brand on our marketing site (www.teamsnap.com) and working on interaction design within the teamsnap application. You should be skilled in extending out existing designs, but at the same time have your own ideas for ways to take design in new directions.
