Mobile Applications Developer (iOS)

TeamSnap is looking for a mobile applications developer to join our software development team.

You should be a strong iOS developer with an interest in rethinking how coaches, players, and parents use mobile technology to interact with their teams. The ability to work in other platforms, such as the native Android SDK or a technology like PhoneGap, is a big plus.

Key Skills:

• iOS SDK (versions 4 & 5 at a minimum)
• iPhone and iPad Universal apps
• Interfacing with JSON REST APIs.
• CoreData
• Offline operation and data synchronization
• Facebook authentication
• Geolocation and directions
• Integration with Address Book, Calendar, Telephone, and SMS.
• Experience with git as a version control system.
• A vision for how to make mobile useful for players, coaches, and parents.
• Flexibility, teamwork, sense of humor and the willingness to do what's necessary to help a small company grow.

Experience or interest in the following areas, while not required, would be helpful:

• Android SDK
• PhoneGap (JQuery Mobile 1.0)
• Ruby on Rails
• Regional BBQ

About TeamSnap

We're a small, established company with the leading team and group management web application in the marketplace. We've built our customer base on a friendly, simple-to-use, fun user interface and a strong commitment to customer support. Our headquarters is in Boulder, Colorado, but we have team members across the country and are most interested in finding the right person. Relocation to Boulder is an option but not required. Everybody at TeamSnap does a little bit of everything, and everybody has a strong voice in the direction of the company and the evolution of the product.

Compensation and Benefits

The position is a work-from-home role. TeamSnap is based in Boulder, CO, with a development presence in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area, but physical presence in either of those areas is not required.
