- “We have been using TeamSnap from April this year and have been loving it. The ability and ease to blog, send emails and maintain the availability DB. All in one website has been very useful for us. Yahoo groups lacked this feature. We have been very happy with the product.” — Prashant U.
- “So far Teamsnap has been a very great tool/website for me to connect to my team. It was very easy to get the whole thing setup and has worked out really well for us to get a good coordination between all our team members. We have scheduled several games in the past and have been able to get the team together in time. The statistics part is one of the nice features I like in this website as it gets everyone interested to check their stats and they try to improve in every game they play. I have been impressed by this website so much that, I have also started a team for our volleyball games and it has been great for us. I would definitely promote this website to all my friends.” — Alex S.
- “Teamsnap is an integral part of our daily lives now. It is probably in the top ten websites in usage for my team mates and I. I remember the old days of trying to organize a practice session or pull the team together for a league match - it was a nightmare! Then I found teamsnap, I first dabbled around to see how this website can help my team get organized. The more features I discovered and got familiar with, the more I got excited about the possibilities of scheduling smooth practice sessions and games. No more phone calls and e-mail threads to keep track, no missed communication! Team collaboration became a reality without fuss or complications. The features and functions on teamsnap are relevant, practical and easy to use.
Once I became familiar with the features, it was very easy to set up my team (using the Roster tab) and invite my team to activate their accounts. I use the Schedule tab to set up practice session or league games, I love the feature of Labels to separate the various events (Regular Season, Fall Open, etc.). The best and widely used lifesaving feature is on the Availability tab - once I set up the schedule, my team members simply click to announce their availability for a practice session or league game - simply love it! We can then consolidate and announce the playing team well in advance and everyone is happy :) We can cancel a practice session if there are not enough people and not argue about it :)
The message board for discussion thread is a true collaboration mechanism - we discuss upcoming games (game strategy, scoop on the other team), discussions on various topics, trash talk, you name it happens here. Love the statistics feature (especially if you want to create your own) and the Photos and Files tab is simply a wonderful bonus to share game photos and even team financial spreadsheets.
The Manager tab makes administering my team very easy, I can delegate this responsibility to others and truly make my team collaborate with each other without the burden on just a few.
What can I say - a big thank you for this wonderful website - keep it up!

- “We were planning to build our website for managing our club and team events/games when I stumbled upon Teamsnap and gave it a shot. The entire team (~60 guys) adapted to it in record time (and it's a bunch of geeks so that's a good thing). The site is extremely user friendly and has some great features. Plus its free :). Some of the features that we find very useful -- auto-notifications, ability to indicate your availability, planning your events/games etc...” — Arun S.
- “I wanted to use a team organizing application for our cricket club and one day I read about TeamSnap on Techcrunch. I gave it a test run with a few of our members and we all liked the tools that were already present. We just started using it for the whole of 2008 season (Apr - Sep) and will continue to use it.
TeamSnap is most useful for any team that has geographically dispersed members. For instance, our players' locations range from 20km-70km from our home ground. Prior to TeamSnap we had to rely on our mailing list (hosted on google groups), back and forth emails and mobile phone calls for last minute communication.
TeamSnap is also useful for teams whose roster list is long and changing frequently. The most important tool that we use is schedule and availability. We even include the schedule view on our website and hence TeamSnap data has become the master data!” — Gnana T.
