BOULDER, COLO – TeamSnap, the household name in integrated sports management, announced today that Sheila Repeta has been appointed the company’s new Director of People Experience.
Heading up TeamSnap's human resources team, Repeta will support performance culture and talent development across TeamSnap's core business units as the company continues its expansion with the introduction of new products, platforms and partnerships in the coming months.
Repeta brings more than 10 years of senior-level strategic human resource expertise where she supported and led recruitment, performance, talent management and diversity programs for a range of companies across the technology, healthcare and retail sectors. A former university and college instructor, Repeta is regular guest lecturer on group communications and change management at campuses and conferences across the country.
Repeta joins TeamSnap's innovative employee culture, which just received an honorable mention in Outside Magazine's 2018 Best Places to Work.
