Youth Sports Sponsorship Opportunities with Spectrum and TeamSnap

Supporting local youth sports leagues is part of Spectrum’s commitment to the community. We know that community is more than just the places where we work; it’s the fields, courts and gyms where our kids and neighbors come together. That’s why we’re excited to continue the Spectrum and TeamSnap partnership, giving employees the chance to nominate youth sports leagues for seasonal sponsorship.

Spectrum Sponsorship supporting local youth sports leagues

Here’s how it works:

  • Using your Charter email address, Spectrum employees can submit a nomination for a league within our service footprint.
  • Once you’ve filled out the form, TeamSnap will review it as part of our rolling approval process.
  • All communication will be through the league representative you listed on your nomination form; they’ll be the one we reach out to for details and sponsorship discussions.
  • Because we take time to carefully consider each nomination, you can expect to hear back about your submission within 4-6 weeks as we get all necessary information from your league.

Please note that sponsorship isn’t guaranteed based on submission. Every season brings new requests, and each league must meet certain criteria to be considered. For more information and our Program Overview, click here.

If your league is selected, TeamSnap will reach out directly to the contact you listed to handle all the details. If the league isn’t selected, you’re welcome to submit them again next season.

By supporting local youth leagues, we’re not just funding jerseys or covering tournament costs; we’re helping build stronger communities and giving our employees a chance to make an impact in the places that matter most to them.

Nominations are open from December 9, 2025 through March 15, 2026.

Please review sponsorship eligibility before getting started. Once you submit, TeamSnap will take it from there.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You’ll need to be a Spectrum employee to submit a nomination.
  • Your submission must include a Charter email address.
  • Remember, you're nominating a league, not just a team. Think of the league as the organization that manages multiple teams across age groups.
  • Your league should be 50+ players in size.
  • Your league needs to be one of the core sports we’ve listed in the form dropdown.
  • Make sure your league is within the Spectrum service area.

After you’ve reviewed the Program Overview, if you still have questions, you can contact marketingsponsorships@charter.com.

“Teaming up with TeamSnap is truly a home run for Spectrum because so many of the families we serve, and our employees who are their neighbors, have children who play in local sports leagues”
—Sharon Peters, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for Spectrum
