- 8 oz. packaged cream cheese, softened
- 36 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
- 16 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
- 2Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls, then freeze for 10 minutes.
- 3Dip balls in melted chocolate and place in a single layer on a wax paper-lined pan.
- 4Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
