As a quality assurance tester, Jen helps TeamSnap identify, document and fix those nasty bugs and not-so-nasty hiccups that can come up in new feature developent. Before moving over to QA, Jen was a customer support representative and the seventh Jennifer here at TeamSnap, earning the nickname "007." Jen knows TeamSnap and how our customers feel so well because she's a sports parent and team manager herself, as mom to two middle school boys who play competitve soccer and competitively ski.
Jen and her family live in Virginia Beach, Virginia, but as a Navy family of 23 years have also lived in Connecticut, Hawaii, Texas and Massachusetts. In her spare time, Jen loves skiing, snowboarding, running and hiking. With such a busy life, she also tries to squeeze in a few sanity-saving yoga classes each week too!
