Customer Support Team Lead
As a customer support team lead, Nichelle is responsible for coordinating with support representatives and other groups at TeamSnap to ensure the customer comes first in all that we do. She understands customers' pain points particularly well, as before she joined TeamSnap, she founded and ran a non-profit youth sports league for six years. Now that's dedication to the game!
Nichelle grew up in northern Idaho and graduated from Washington State University in 2015 with a bachelor degree in business operations and management. Now though, she's following her love of volunteering for the Coeur d' Alene Ironman and exploring rivers, lakes and oceans by living full-time in a travel trailer while she sees the country. When not at a race or along a river, you can find Nichelle spending time with her three adult children or supporting high school girls basketball.
