Rebounding Free-for-All
This is a fun rebounding basketball drill, great for beginner players.
Setup:
Imagine a mosh pit of rebounding where every player stands under the basket and prepares to catch a rebound. This is a good basketball drill for teaching aggressive rebounding to younger players
Execution:
A coach shoots from the outside and misses. Everyone underneath battles for the basketball. The first player to grab three rebounds goes out and becomes the shooter.
Note: A rebound must be controlled and passed back to the coach. Once a player has possession, the play is dead. This is not about stealing the pass.
