Jumpers and Free Throws
This youth basketball drill is fun, competitive, and great for practicing all around shooting. Make sure to emphasize that your players make sharp passes, shoot free throws like it is a real game situation, lay-up with the correct hand, and put the basketball back on the free throw line after making the free throw. If executed correctly, this basketball drill will improve jump shooting, free throws, and lay ups.
