Warm Up Drill

This youth volleyball drill is a good practice warm up to help with reaction time, and passing.

Throw the ball in the air using two hands, move to where the ball is coming down lay down on the floor and catch the ball, when you have caught the ball throw the ball up in the air get up and catch it (when laying down be aware as to not bang your head on the floor)
