Health checks will only open up 8-hours prior to an event, meaning members cannot complete assessments for practices and games days or weeks in advance, and you have the most up-to-date information.
Members’ health check status is only visible to coaches and admins—and stored for only 90 days.
Health Check is a paid feature but we believe that protecting athletes, families and sports organizations during the pandemic should not cost you. For that reason, we will be making it available to all customers for free during our current climate.
The current version of the feature does not have automated notifications when someone is not cleared to participate. This is something that TeamSnap is monitoring interest in.
We place extreme value on data security and privacy. For these reasons, we do not store answers to screening questions and only retain the resulting health check status of team members for 90 day.
We have selected questions based on CDC recommendations and initial customer feedback and input. These are common questions that almost all teams, organizations and health departments are requesting.
