Official Rules & Terms

Who is Eligible: TeamSnap “Ultimate Soccer Coaches Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to any qualified sports organization in the United States or Canada in the form of an established LLC or Non-Profit. Contestants must be a natural person aged 18 or older. Existing TeamSnap Customers and Employees are not eligible.

How to Enter: By submitting your information via the web form on the sweepstakes webpage no later than Sunday January 15th at 11:59PM, you will automatically be qualified to win a prize (defined below).You will earn one (1) entry in the sweepstakes after signing up. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of TeamSnap, which will be binding and final.

Giveaway Winners: Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, TeamSnap will compile the list of all eligible entries to receive the Prize (a “Winner”). Winner will be notified by email with a link to redeem their Prize on Tuesday January 25th at 12:00 pm MT. The notification email will be sent to the email address associated with the email used to sign up for the sweepstakes. Allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery of certain Prize(s). If a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, TeamSnap will not award the Prize to the Winner. TeamSnap’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the qualification of Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Prizes: There will be one (1) total winner selected at random. TeamSnap will award one (1) grand prize to the eligible entrant including: A signed Jessica McDonald jersey, Tiro 21 Aeroready backpack, Dribble Up Smart Soccer ball, Soccer Resilience Care Package, Free Year Long Membership to Soccer Resilience FC for the Coach and the coaches entire team, parents included if requested, and all recorded sessions from the first ever Soccer Resilience Mindset Summit 2021 from partners Soccer Resilience and 50% off a TeamSnap for Business subscription.(the “Prize”).

ALL eligible sweepstake entrants can be eligible to receive 15% off a TeamSnap for Business subscription by entering this sweepstakes and requesting a demo of TeamSnap for Business.

Sweepstake Terms: There will be (1) Ultimate Grand Prize winner, selected at random on January 17th, 2023. TeamSnap will award one (1) grand prize to the eligible entrant including: One (1) custom U.S.A. mens or women’s national team Jersey, (1) Adidas Stadium Backpack, (1) Dribble Up Smart Soccer Ball (Subscription not included), TeamSnap 16oz Tumbler (1), Revello Journal (1), and UA lightweight performance cap (1), a Soccer Resilience Care Package, Including a Free Year Long Membership to Soccer Resilience FC for the Coach and the coaches entire team, parents included if requested, and a 30 minute 1-on-1 mental fitness session with 13 yr NWSL pro Michelle Betosand, and a 50% discount off a TeamSnap for Business subscription.(the “Prize”).

TeamSnap for Clubs discounts are applicable for the grand prize (1) winner and all eligible sweepstakes participants that have signed up for the Ultimate United Soccer Coaches Giveaway

Discount is applied to the first year’s subscription cost. The Grand prize winner receives 50% off a TeamSnap for Business Subscription All eligible giveaway entrants are eligible to receive 20% off a TeamSnap for Business Subscription if they buy by February, 28th

Savings on TeamSnap migration and set up services The grand prize (1) winner and all eligible giveaway participants can get up to $1,000 in savings on migration, registration and website services from TeamSnap. Savings calculation includes WeConvert ($500), registration form build ($250), and people data upload ($250). To fully qualify, an organization needs to commit to processing $100,000+ in payments through TeamSnap.

Giveaway Terms: For the winner to qualify for the 50% discount off TeamSnap you must purchase a for Business subscription by February 28th, 2023. The 50% discount will be applied to the first year’s contract.

For all entrants to qualify for the 20% off a TeamSnap for Business subscription, you must purchase a for Business package by February 28th, 2023. The 20% discount will be applied to the first year’s contract.

Terms and conditions of the Prize apply. The right to receive a Prize is non-transferable and no Prize substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed except that TeamSnap reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize for a different prize of equal or greater value if the Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the Prize or the receipt and/or use of the Prize.

Release: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless TeamSnap, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway, or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information or any errors caused by the programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections or failures of network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of Giveaway; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize. By participating in the Giveaway, you expressly assume all liability and responsibility for your participation and agree that participation is solely at your own risk.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or the Prizes awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs incurred. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and TeamSnap in connection with the Giveaway, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any principles that would provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
