Customer Support Representative

As a customer support rep, Bria's main job is to make sure things are working correctly and at their awesome-est for customers who write in with requests. Before joining the TeamSnap team in Fall 2014, Bria worked as a technical writer and SharePoint administrator for Genesis Financial Solutions. She's also been a sales adminstrator and even an office assistant for a paleontologist, where she spent some time digging for fossils and writing up auction descriptions for Bonhams and Butterfields. 

Born in Seoul, South Korea; Bria grew up in Logan, Utah; and received her BS in Technical Communication at Arizona State University. She currently lives in Vancouver, Washington; with her two sons, two cats, two dogs and one fiancee. She enjoys CrossFit, sleep and learning new things, especially of the online and for free variety.
