Sometimes when sending email to the team you simply need to broadcast information:
“The game has been changed to 7:15 p.m.”
At other times, you’re looking for individual feedback:
“Email back if you can give me a ride.”
But until now, there was no good way to have a conversation with multiple people by email. That changes today, with the introduction of Conversation Mode.
At the bottom of the Send Emails page you’ll see a new option for Conversation Mode. When enabled, replies to that email will go back to everybody who received the message. This is handy for holding conversations by email, such as figuring out who in the group needs a carpool or where to meet for snacks after the game. Sure, you could achieve the same thing by broadcasting a message on your team message boards, but sometimes an email conversation is faster.
Want out of the conversation? No problem. Each email comes with a handy unsubscribe link so you can stop participating in the conversation.
We hope you’ll find Conversation Mode useful when you need to quickly get a group of people onto the same page. We’d love to hear your feedback as you use it.
