Nominate them for the TeamSnap Northwell Health–GoHealth Urgent Care Coach of the Year Award!

Nominees must:

• Be knowledgeable and skilled in the rules of the game
• Be dedicated to teaching their players teamwork and good sportsmanship
• Place their players above their own desire to win
• Be a good role model
  

Northwell Health–GoHealth Urgent Care recognizes how vital coaches are to the development of all kids and are sponsoring TeamSnap's Coach of the Year Award.

Northwell Health–GoHealth Urgent Care Coach of the Year winner will be announced at the end of the spring season. Nominations will be accepted from February 15, 2024 - May 14, 2024. The Coach of the Year will be the person who received the most nominations at the end of the nomination period.
