Obstacle Course

In this youth basketball drill, two offensive players navigate through six defensive players, two per zone and must stay in their zones. The offense must pass to each other to get the ball down court to score. You may make your players run this until they score or switch with each defensive stop or turn over. Look at the diagram for the specific execution and bring this fun basketball drill to your next practice.
