The Basics of Rebounding
In this youth basketball drill video, Coach Thom demonstrates the basics of rebounding. This basketball drill is a form rebound where players will put the basketball up off the backboard, chin the ball, pivot to the outlet on their outside foot, and complete the outlet pass. This basketball drill emphasizes protecting the ball by keeping it up below the chin and away from the ground, with elbows out and a wide stance.
