All Change
A fun attacking soccer drill that incorporates many of the game's fundamental soccer skills like dribbling, defending, passing, alertness, and shooting.
Divide each team in half, one half of each team play while the other half wait on goal line as keepers
Use large goals, all shots should be below waist height
On coach's signal all players must leave the pitch immediately and return to goal line
The other half of the teams sprint out to take over the game
If a player touches the ball again after the signal award a point to the other team
Be unpredictable in the timing of your calls
It is a useful way to involve all players in a group of mixed age and ability
